UI DesignerPurpose of the role
This is an ideal role for a talented, experienced UI Designer to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for someone who has a deep knowledge of iterative user-centred design and is able to work with internal and external clients to develop the user experience for relevant digital projects.

Free breakfast - Every day we provide fresh fruit and unlimited tea, coffee and toast. We have been known to provide bacon butties too when we’re feeling extra generous.
Moving house - We understand how stressful the whole process can be, that’s why at MBA all our staff are given a day off to help towards getting things sorted.
Friday beers – We like to relax and unwind before the weekend, so Fridays from 4pm we provide Beer, Gin and Vodka. Sometimes if you’re lucky cakes and chocolate make an appearance too.
Socials – Once a month we hold an MBA “buzz club”, our monthly social. Everyone gets a little bit of cash and we do something fun together including, crazy golf, escape rooms, fright night at Thorpe Park and climbing the O2 Centre (eek!).
Birthdays – We love birthdays at MBA, so that’s why we give you a day off for just being you! No birthday is complete here either without being serenaded with cake and a bottle of prosecco at your desk.
Duvet Day – At MBA, we understand that everyone needs a day to feel back on form again so we introduced the duvet day that can be redeemed once a year to recharge your batteries.
At MBA it’s our philosophy that we reward our staff as much as possible, but we also believe that the people who contribute the most should get the most back from us.
Salary – Quarterly performance reviews allow us to monitor our staff’s performance throughout the year. We’ll also let you know what you need to do to reach the next step, ensuring that high performance is rewarded with an annual pay review.
Performance related Bonus – every year we give our staff the chance to share in our success with a discretionary bonus.
Service recognition – For every 3 years completed, our staff can enjoy an additional 1 week off as a thank you for their contribution to the company.
Standing for Passion, Attitude, Commitment and Energy the PACE award is given to our best employee once a month. The winner gets a paid half-day off. They also get £75 to spend to make that day off even better! As if that wasn’t good enough the best bit is this is a peer to peer vote so you get to know how much your colleagues appreciate you.
Tax saving schemes – We also help people to save money where possible via tax saving schemes, for example we currently run the 'Cycle2work' bike scheme.
Season Ticket loans – We loan you the money so you can take advantage of an annual ticket which is then paid back to the company over a 12 month period. T&C’s apply.
We all remember how tough first days can be-we’ve been there. So we try and make ‘being the newbie’ as effortless as possible so you can see what a great bunch we are from day one.
In your first three weeks you will get a full induction, including in-house training with our exec team and you’ll get the opportunity to shadow an existing member of staff, so there’s no throwing you in at the deep end. You’ll also get taken out for lunch with the team in your first week to one of the lovely cafés we have right next our office.
